FOLLOWING PLAN COMMISSION PETITIONS WILL BE DISCUSSED
AND
REVIEW TONIGHT.
1. 3760 N State Road 267, Brownsburg. Petition 2008-01P. Petitioner T.A.H., Inc. is requesting a Zoning
Amendment change for a total parcel size of 2.26 acres currently zoned as Town
R-1. The petitioner wishes to rezone to
Town C-2. The parcel is used for a
commercial plant nursery and landscaping business and was annexed into the Town
in early 2007 with the R-1 zoning. The
request is to establish an appropriate land use zoning for the parcel. The Town of Brownsburg Advisory Planning Commission
hearing date is January 28, 2008.
2. 6580 East US Highway 136, Brownsburg. Petition 2008-01P. Petitioner Fred and Sandy Arkanoff d/b/a
Brownsburg Monopoly is requesting a Zoning Amendment change for a total parcel
size of 1.54 acres currently zoned as Town R-1.
The petitioner wishes to rezone to Town R-4C. The petitioner wishes to construct up to four
(4) doubles. The Town of Brownsburg
Advisory Planning Commission hearing date is January
28, 2008.
