2. Ordinance #2007-43 Rose Hall PUD (a Residential and Commercial Planned Unit Development) an Amendment to the Zoning Map of 32 acres at the southwest corner of the intersection of US 136 and West Northfield Drive.

3. Ordinance #2007-44 Annexing real estate located 616 South Green Street as petitioned by American Contracting Services. Received a favorable recommendation from the Plan Commission with an R-1 zoning classification. ADVERTIZED Public Hearing and 2^ndReading

4. Ordinance #2007-45 to Amend Title III, Chapter 32 Sections 32.01 and 32.02 of the Town of Brownsburg, Town Code, in regards to the Board of Police Commissioners. Ordinance has been revised to read as amended at the December 27, 2007 meeting. 2^nd & 3^rd Readings and Final Adoption (unanimous consent)
