Mission Statement.

The Brown/Lincoln Township Residents' Association, Inc. (BLTRA) is a not-for-profit organization. We provide a forum for the Brown and Lincoln Township residents of Hendricks County, Indiana, to meet to discuss regional and local neighborhood concerns such as parks and recreation, transportation, schools, land use, development, drainage and sewage problems, water supply, area beautification, etc. BLTRA serves as an umbrella organization for local neighborhood organizations and also serves the needs of individual residents and business.

General Information

We invite you to join the BLTRA and to participate in our meetings. Your membership in BLTRA will make this a stronger and better organization. Your membership will keep us informed of your concerns, and keep you aware of the issues that affect your local neighborhood and Brown and Lincoln Township as a whole.

Becoming a member of BLTRA is easy. Complete this Form and turn it in at a BLTRA meeting or mail it to P.O. Box 711, Brownsburg, IN, 46112-0711.   The annual individual or family membership fee is $10.00, which is used to cover administrative expenses of BLTRA. The Homeowner Association membership fee is $25.00.

All Board Members and Officers of BLTRA are volunteers.

The BLTRA meets regularly on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7.00 pm, at the Brownsburg Fire Territory Training Center, located at 470 Northfield Drive. The meeting is open to the public. We invite you to attend.
